Ziframe provides a platform that enables users to generate images, videos, and other media content using artificial intelligence models. Our Services include a native After Effects extension, web interface, and APIs that integrate with third-party AI model providers.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Generate, upload, or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers connected to the Services.

5. AI Model Results and Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: The Services utilize third-party AI models to generate content. We do not control, operate, or guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of the outputs generated by these AI models.

  • No Warranty on Results: We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any content generated through the Services. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected results.
  • Third-Party Models: The AI models are provided by third-party providers (including but not limited to fal.ai). We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or outputs of these third-party services.
  • No Liability for Content: You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable for any content generated through the Services, including but not limited to:
    • Inaccurate, misleading, or false information in generated content
    • Content that does not meet your expectations or requirements
    • Technical errors, failures, or interruptions in model processing
    • Content that may infringe upon third-party rights
  • Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and ensuring the appropriateness of all content generated through the Services before using it for any purpose. You should not rely solely on AI-generated content without appropriate verification and review.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Our Content: All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  • User-Generated Content: You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Services. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

7. Credits, Payments, and Refunds

  • Credits: Our Services operate on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you use the Services to generate content.
  • Payment: You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Services. All fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable.
  • No Refunds: ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS for credit purchases, subscriptions, or any other payments made to us, except as required by applicable law. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Unsatisfactory results from AI model generation
    • Technical errors or failures in the Services
    • Changes in your needs or circumstances
    • Dissatisfaction with the Services
    • Accidental purchases
  • Credit Expiration: Credits may have expiration dates as specified at the time of purchase. Expired credits cannot be refunded or reinstated.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect credits or subscriptions already purchased.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access. The Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from service interruptions or unavailability.

9. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.
  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features if available.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Any credits remaining in your account will be forfeited and are not refundable.
  • Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution provisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the Services
  • Any content generated through the Services
  • Any errors or omissions in the Services
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or data
  • Any interruption or cessation of the Services

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, and our respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new effective date.
